I am a +600 hours certified Yoga teacher. All my trainings are accredited by Yoga Alliance.

I am trained in Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga as well as trauma-informed Yoga.

How does a session look like?

We start with a little check-in to see your needs and wishes for the day. I adapt each session to your energy and your current life circumstances.

Do you want to become stronger and more flexible? Would you like to strengthen your back muscles? Do you need a fast or a slow practice today? These are questions I might ask you.

Throughout the session I guide you with my clear & calming voice and give you hands-on assists. I also teach you techniques so that your practice becomes safe & sustainable.

You can either practice with us live, each Monday 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. CEST via Zoom or get weekly videos which you can download and practice whenever and as many times as you like.

My sessions are inclusive and suitable for all levels, age, genders and bodies - whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practicioner - this is your space!
